YES, use the Default Palette command to set all colors to say
black or grey like this:
Default Palette $0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0
which will prevent the orange (signal-flare) Amos start-up!!

WHY? If you have compiled your AMOS program then you do not
need any drawers on your distributable disk EXCEPT the S, LIBS
and FONTS drawers.
LIBS drawer needs the mathtrans.library and diskfont.library. As
long as you compile with the include AMOS library you do not
need the AMOS.library on your distribution-disk.
FONTS does not need ANYTHING unless you are NOT using the
standard ROM fonts, in that case you will need to place the fonts
required by your program in this FONTS drawer on your
distribution-disk.
Actually, if you ARE using the ROM fonts I do not think you even
need to include the FONTS drawer at all.
S drawer, of course, needs your Startup-Sequence.
There is NO need to include an AMOS_System drawer, at least as
far as I know. I have NEVER included it on a distribution-disk.

Why do you need to change your actual AMOS program? No one
will see this but you anyway.

Well, I hope this has been of some help, perhaps I do not fully
understand what you are trying to do?
Are you actually compiling you AMOS programs for stand-alone
distribution or are you trying to use RAMOS for the distribution?
